1. Acceptance

LayFive is a consumer-facing brand operated by LYMX LLC. By creating an account or using layfive.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2. License

LayFive grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the site and the app for your own entertainment and education. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer any LayFive strategy, reference card, illustration, or code.

3. Membership and billing

Recurring paid memberships auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel recurring renewal at any time from your account page. One-time access and offline payments keep their original receipt, cancellation request, refund, and reversal as separate records. Refund eligibility is governed by the current Disclaimer and applicable law.

4. Travel services

Travel inventory, casino comps, free play, onboard credits, cabins, schedules, and prices remain subject to the cruise line or booking provider's confirmation and rules. LayFive service fees are disclosed separately from provider charges. Premium access included with a qualifying LayFive booking is not a Stripe subscription and may end if that booking is canceled or no longer qualifies.

5. Intellectual property

All LayFive content, branding, strategies, and software are owned by Kenny Lin. LayFive™ is an in-use trademark.

6. No gambling guarantee

See the Disclaimer for the full statement. LayFive does not guarantee winnings.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. When they change, you will be asked to re-confirm consent the next time you log in.

8. Service messages

If you separately opt in, LayFive may send reservation and service text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
