LayFive is a consumer-facing brand operated by LYMX LLC. LYMX LLC operates this service and is responsible for the information described in this policy.

What we collect

We collect account information you provide, the tracker sessions, spins, practice rounds, W/L records, feedback, and settings you choose to save, plus the order, shipping, quote, and contact information you submit when using the shop. Some live tracker settings remain only in your browser until you save or transfer them. If you use LayFive Travel, we also collect the client, contact, address, date of birth, citizenship/residency, casino-play, booking, itinerary, benefit, and service-fee information you submit, plus identity documents you upload for travel servicing.

How we use it

To operate your account and tracker, provide memberships and shop orders, review casino-comp requests, arrange and service travel bookings, display your trip and benefit details, collect disclosed service fees, preserve records you ask us to save, improve the service, and respond to support requests.

Service text messages

If you explicitly opt in, LayFive may send reservation and service text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run LayFive: Netlify (website hosting), Supabase (database, authentication, and account email), Stripe (payments and membership billing), and Twilio (opted-in service text messages). Mobile phone numbers, opt-in information, and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. If you choose an AI-assisted photo import or translation feature, the image or text you submit is sent to Anthropic for that request. We do not describe unused analytics or email vendors as data recipients. When a travel provider is connected, the booking and traveler information needed to quote, reserve, or service the trip may be exchanged with that provider. Identity documents remain private and are not included in the general provider-event ledger. We never sell your data.
